This smoothie is for nourishment. Water based, and high in Vitamin C, makes it a great paring with a meal to increase iron absorption.

The most delicious, yet nourishing smoothie I've ever made!
Simply:
A big handful of baby spinach
1 whole orange, roughly chopped
half a frozen banana
1 teaspoon moringa powder (optional)
1/2 an avocado
100ml quality juice (I used an organic juice with orange, pineapple, mango & apple)
500 ml filtered water
